Armbro Transport Inc. Supports Earth Hour!

As part of it's "Going Green" philosophy, Armbro Transport Inc. is proud to support the March 29th, 2008 Earth Hour Initiative. All systems not required for safety reasons will be powered down for an hour tomorrow night starting at 8:00 P.M. EST. Systems will be available again between 9:00 and 9:30 P.M. EST.

LTL Motor Carrier Award Winner for 2006

For the 5th year in a row Armbro Transport Inc. has ranked in the top 20 LTL carriers in Ontario as selected by almost 5000 customers who completed evaluations! Armbro is also one of only 10 companies to repeat this honour from the 2005 awards. Each carrier was evaluated on their On-Time Performance, Equipment and Operations, Information Technology, Competitive Pricing, Customer Service, Problem Solving, and Value Added Services. Armbro has consistently met and surpassed the LTL Benchmarks of Excellence with the support and dedication of their exceptional staff.

Armbro Once Again Surpasses the LTL Benchmarks!

Canadian Transportation and Logistics (http://www.ctl.ca), one of the top magazines in the industry, has conducted their annual “Shipper’s Choice Awards” based on the results collected from 2004.

Canadian carriers are judged by over 800 participating shippers in seven key performance indicators including; Customer Service, On-Time Performance, Competitive Pricing, Information Technology, Equipment and Operations, Problem Solving and Value-Added Service.

Lou Smyrlis, Editorial Director of the magazine, informed Amrbro that the scores we received were “considerably above the industry benchmark of excellence”.

At Armbro, we are proud to have a dedicated team of employees focused on exceeding customer requirements and their hard work has again been recognized as we consistently surpassed shipper expectations.

Our sincere thanks go to our customers who graded us so highly. By constantly evaluating and improving our services to them, we are confident that we will continue to be one of the premier LTL Motor Carriers in Ontario.

Armbro named one of the top LTL Carriers in Canada

September 2002

We are very proud to have been chosen as one of the Canadian Carriers who surpassed shipper expectations in a recent shipper survey conducted by Canadian Transportation & Logistics magazine.

In key areas such as on time performance, equipment and operations, customer service, problem solving and value added service Armbro surpassed the industry sector benchmarks.

The survey was conducted before we introduced our on-line internet access for shipment status and pod's. As a result in the area of information technology we did not surpass the benchmark in the survey, however, with our internet access, we have now greatly enhanced our information technology capabilities.

We sincerely thank our customers who rated us so highly but the real credit goes to all the Armbro employees who, through their hard work and dedication to our customers, allowed us to receive this recognition.

Over the last six months, Armbro made several improvements in our service offerings in addition to customer internet access. These include our ""One Stop Shipping"" initiative throughout Canada and a partnership with Jevic Transport of Delanco, New Jersey.

INTERNET TRACKING AVAILABLE

July 23, 2002

Armbro Transport is proud to announce the introduction of shipment tracking capability through internet access.

Once assigned a user name and password, customers can simply access our web site and login. From there you can track your shipment by pro number, your bill of lading number or the shipment date. An added feature is the ability to immediately click on to view or print a copy of the proof of delivery and bill of lading.

ARMBRO EXPANDS SERVICES

May 13, 2002

We are pleased to announce effective May 13, 2002 the commencement of a direct service from Southern Ontario to all points in the provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
Transit times and pricing will be competitive with the current market. Freight will be loaded each night from our Mississauga Terminal to all major destinations in Western Canada. Our Western Canadian Partner has more terminals in the West than any other carrier.

This new service, in conjunction with our service within Ontario, to Quebec and to Atlantic Canada, allows us to offer ""One Stop Shipping"" throughout Canada.
